Ingredients:

- 2 whole domestic eggs
- 1 scoop of belanac egg white powder
- 40 g of urda cheese
- 40g of chicken breast
- ketchup
- green salad
- wheat tortilla
- spices: salt, oregano
Preparation:
Beat the eggs and egg white powder with 2-3 tablespoons of water, then add the spices. Grease the pan with a little butter. Pour the mixture and fold. Bake for 2-3 minutes while checking. Spread the tortilla with curd, and put the finished omelet on top. Finally, add chicken breast, lettuce and ketchup.
