Ingredients (10 Servings):
3 tbsp Belanac (egg white) protein powder
80g organic oat flakes
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp cinnamon or cocoa powder
1 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat)
1 tsp honey or agave syrup
Instructions:
Blend the Batter: Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth, pancake-like batter consistency. Heat a non-stick pan and spread a thin layer of organic olive or coconut oil. Pour one ladle of the mixture into the center of the pan to form a thick pancake. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. The pancakes are ready when golden brown!
