Ingredients:
SUBSTRATE
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 scoop of Belanac egg white powder
- 120g of flour (per your choice)
- 1 1/2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 25g dark chocolate (we used Blanxart 71% Raval)
- 1 tsp of cocoa
- 75 ml of vegetable milk
- 1 tsp of cinnamon (add to taste)
Preparation:
Mash the bananas finely, then mix all the ingredients, except the topping, in a large bowl.
Heat the oven to 180C, pour the mixture into the mold and add the banana rings on top. Leave to bake for approx. 20 minutes (check from time to time).
Topping:
Our choice came down to Greek yogurt (0% mm), cinnamon and honey – mix and pour over a freshly cut slice, add extra cinnamon (optional).
