- 1 scoop of belanac egg white powder
- 55g of organic oatmeal
- 20g of chocolate protein
- 1 medium banana
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 15g of peanut butter
- 100-150 ml of almond milk
- baking powder
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180C. Blend the banana, after which it is necessary to mix all the ingredients in a common bowl, and then pour into the muffin tin. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
