When your client is a top athlete, every small detail must match that level.

We had the opportunity to organize an intimate, yet seriously produced, birthday celebration for Nina Stojanović – the renowned Serbian tennis player, Olympian, and WTA athlete. Our task was simple on paper, but demanding in execution: to take over the entire event from start to finish and turn it into an evening that looks and feels “like Nina” – energetic, elegant, and relaxed at the same time.

Food: Hot Dishes, but by Her Rules

The menu was created in direct communication with Nina – focusing on hot dishes that are simultaneously “comfort food” and light, adapted for guests arriving after work, training, and travel. We made adjustments according to the Nina’s taste: from ingredient selection and serving style, to the rhythm of dish presentation, ensuring the food followed the flow of the evening, not the other way around.

Cocktail Story Inspired by Pančić’s Spruce

A special part of the project was the cocktail menu that we developed in collaboration with the same partner team we work with on corporate events. The concept:

• ingredients inspired by Pančić’s Spruce

• herbs and botanicals from the Botanical Garden as a signature element

• a balance between fresh, aromatic drinks and more complex, “slow sipping” cocktails for later hours.

The result was a menu that visually looks like a small botanical laboratory, yet tastes on par with a serious cocktail bar.

(Mocktail options can be added as needed – this is our standard practice when a client has guests who do not consume alcohol.)
