Ingredients:
400 g natural dates
1 cup organic rolled oats
2 scoops belanac (egg white) protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons organic virgin coconut oil
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes, cool them, pit them, and set them aside.
Briefly blend the rolled oats in a blender.
Add the dates and the remaining ingredients (except coconut oil) and mix until the mixture combines.
While mixing, slowly add the coconut oil until the mixture reaches a nice structure.
Shape into bite-sized balls, roll in coconut flakes, and leave in the refrigerator for about an hour to set.
Tips:
If necessary, you can slightly thin the mixture with water or additional oil.
Add a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor.
