Ingredients:

- 2 whole domestic eggs
- 1 scoop of belanac egg white powder
- 40g of pork loin
- 30 g of urda cheese
- 1 sweet pepper (vegetables of your choice)
- 5g of butter
- 1/2 cup of water
- salt, oregano
Preparation:
Beat 2 eggs, egg white powder, add a little water and season. Put the sliced sirloin, Urda cheese and finely chopped vegetables in the mixture. Heat the pan to the preparatory temperature and put in the butter to melt.
Pour the mixture and after 2 minutes, fold it over so that the top side of the omelette is also browned.
